CARMEN GIMÉNEZ joined Graywolf as Publisher and Director in August 2022. She is the founder and former publisher of Noemi Press and was professor of English at Virginia Tech. A queer Latinx poet, she is the author of six poetry collections, including Be Recorder, which was a finalist for the National Book Award. She is also the author of the lyric memoir Bring Down the Little Birds, which won an American Book Award. She has been awarded fellowships from the Academy of American Poets, the Guggenheim Foundation, the Howard Foundation, and the Hermitage Foundation.

LARS HORN is the author of Voice of the Fish: A Lyric Essay, winner of the Graywolf Press Nonfiction Prize and an American Booksellers Association Indies Introduce Selection. Horn’s writing has appeared in Granta, the Virginia Quarterly Review, the Kenyon Review, the Rumpus, Literary Hub, and elsewhere. They split their time between Miami, Colorado, and the UK with their wife, the writer Jaquira Díaz.

ANDER MONSON is the author of Predator: A Memoir, a Movie, an Obsession, and eight previous books, including I  Will Take the Answer and Vanishing Point: Not a Memoir, a finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Award. He edits DIAGRAM and teaches at the University of Arizona.

COURTNEY FAYE TAYLOR is a writer, visual artist, and the author of Concentrate, selected by Rachel Eliza Griffiths as the winner of the 2021 Cave Canem Poetry Prize (forthcoming from Graywolf in November 2022). Courtney is a winner of the 92Y Discovery Prize and an Academy of American Poets Prize. Her work can be found in Poetry, the Nation, Best New Poets 2020, and elsewhere.

JACINDA TOWNSEND is the author of the novels Mother Country and Saint Monkey, which won the Janet Heidinger Kafka Prize and the James Fenimore Cooper Prize. She is a graduate of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop and teaches in the MFA program at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
